Surfing Oliver3

I just can't get enough of Surfing Oliver - he is so fun to paper piece!!

After colouring and paper piecing, I coated Oliver's wetsuit, goggles and flippers in a few coats of Sakura Glaze pen (my latest addiction) to make it shiny and wet looking!

PP is Basic Grey Cupcake - I have had this paper since it came out, and it never gets used!!

Rub on stitching is DVWV
