This is one of my new favourite cards - I love this image and the colour combo!!
Stamp is by Sparkle Creations , and it is called Cruisin' Chloe! How cute is this gal?!!
Image is colored with Copics, and accented with Stickles, Glossy Accents and sparkle pen.
Paper is Basic Grey, and The circle mats and sentiment are cut with Nestabilities.
Bling is Prima, and Buttons are from my stash.
