I love the sparkle and shine on this card!
The image is a Sparkle Creations stamp, and is stamped onto some MME paper (the reverse of the red patterned paper). Image is colored with Copics, and generously coated with StarDust stickles. The glass is covered with a thick layer of Glossy Accents to make it appear like real glass.
Green paper is sparkly cardstock by DCWV, and sentiment is computer generated.
Silver circles are rain dots, and green bling is by Prima.
