This little QT Hooty Owl from Pink Cat Studio is one of my fav. stamps lately!Hooty was colored with Copics and Stickles, then cut out and popped up onto a MME chipboard journalling block.
This block was layered on top of MME paper, and Bazill scalloped strips, and then accented with $ store pearls (colored with my Copics to match!)
Sentiment rub on is Quickutz, also matted onto a QK ticket.
Card background and striped paper were embossed with Sizzix texture plate.
