I love this image by Sparkle Creations - Cruisin' Chloe looks like she is having the time of her life!
Chloe is colored with Copics, and a Sakura silver pen. The headlights and windshield were coated with Glossy Accents for a glassy look.
I love the bright and bold colors in this card - each layer was embossed and some were also accented with ink. All papers are MME. For some reason the black border on the right hand of the card was cut off in the scan - you'll have to imagine it there!!
Sentiment was computer generated, and attached as a wavy banner, with pop dots in some spots.
