Dancing In The Rain

This card has so many little details - and I love the sentiment!

Image is a digi stamp by Amber Ink. I colored it with Copics, and paper pieced the unbrella, coat and puddle. Puddle, coat and boots were coated with Glossy Accents to appear shiny and wet! The entire image was cut out and popped up.

All patterned paper is MME, and each layer was matted with black cardstock to make it pop! Some of the umbrellas on the background paper were coated with Star Dust stickles for some added shine. I also used an EK success border punch along the bottom of the red mat.

Rub on sentiment is Melissa Frances, pearls and round bling are Prima, mini bling on the unbrella is CTMH, and rain drop bling was from the $ store.

Challenges:

Amber Inklings - Inkredible 21 day challenge

Daring Cardmakers - Topaz (friendship)

Wags 'n Whiskers - Sisters or Friendship

There She Goes - create a scene

Digital Tuesday challenge - never used (rain drop bling)

Wonderful card! This is one of my FAVORITE Amber Ink images, I even made her into a Halloween witch with a spider web umbrella! LOVE what you have done with her, the paper piecing is fabulous and the paper choices are great. That sentiment could not be more perfectly suited to this image. Lovely, lovely card.

Absolutely Gorgeous Margo! The papers, the sentiment, of course the image, and even how you tied in the bling from the $ store. So classy looking!

Hey Margo!

It was great meeting you at the crop on Saturday. I love your cards! Maybe we'll bump into each other at next year's convention.
