Happy New Year everyone!!!This fun party "girl" is a digi image from Bugaboo! I colored her with Copics, and added details with liquid pearls, glossy accents and stickles. I hand cut her out, and added a button hat.
All patterned paper is MME, the rub on/bling swirls are Basic Grey, and all other embellishments are from my stash. I also paper pierced around a few of the panels.
