I have had a few of these images for a while, but have no idea who makes this stamp - let me know if you know who the manufacturer is!! They were given to me as a RAK!
Image was coloured with Copics, and matted with Nestabilities. I added some grass punched with the Martha Stewart punch, and liquid pearl dots around the brown scallops.
Patterned paper is Echo Park, and green glitter cardstock is Colorbok.
Pearls are Prima, and ribbon is from my stash.
