How sassy is this gal?!! Dottie is a Bugaboo digi image, coloured with Copics and highlighted with Stickles and glossy accents (cherry). Image was cut out and layered onto oval and scalloped mats cut with Nestabilities.
I used my sewing machine to do some zig zag and straight stitching, and stamped the sentiment from Studio G. Pink scalloped border was punched with a Stampin' Up punch.
All patterned papers are MME, and all pearls are $ store finds!
