Image was colored with Copics and I added a stamped sentiment and some heart gems on to Cocoa's letter. Image was cut and matted with Nestabilities , and paper pierced around the edges.
Green panel was embossed with a Cuttlebug folder, and blue lacy strips were $ store stickers.
Flowers were from my stash, and sparkly brads are Doodlebug.
