I have used one of my favorite Stella digi images
(from Bugaboo stamps) AGAIN for this card!
Stella is colored with Copics and accented with stickles and liquid pearls(icing).
I also used Flower Soft (earth) for the first time, on her hair!
Image is cut and matted with Nestabilities.
Papers are Basic Grey, sentiment stamp is Great Impressions,
bling and ribbon are from my stash, and scalloped punch is Stampin' Up.
