This has to be my favourite colour combo for cards - Teal, lime, black and white!
Image is a Sparkle Creations stamp, and I used Copics, Stickles and Spica pens to colour it.
Image was hand cut, and popped up on the background.
All papers are MME, and the clouds were also cut out of MME paper.
Scalloped punch is Stampin' Up, and both panels were machine stitched.
Bling is from the $ store.
