I love the colour combo on this card - so cheery!
Image is Sparkle Creations, coloured with Copics and Stickles.
Image was cut and matted with Nestabilities,
Papers are MME, and Bling is Prima.
I used an EK Success punch on the brown strip,
and machine stitched the background panel.
