Ah - my favourite kind of challenge - a sketch!!
Image and sentiment are a digi by Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps,
coloured with Copics and Stickles.
Patterned paper is super old Provo Craft, and purple strip was
embossed with a Cuttlebug folder.
Bling is Prima, and scalloped mat was punched with a
Stampin' Up punch.
