A bright and cheery card , perfect for summer!
Stamping Bella image was coloured with Copics,
and accented with Stickles and Clossy Accents.
Polka dot dresses were created with AC pens.
Image was cropped with a stitched die
and layered on a doily die cut. Flower was recycled
from an old frame project!
