It is a frosty day out here, but this card is so bright and cheery,
it makes me think of summer!!!
Image is a Bugaboo digi, coloured with Copics , and
accented with stickles and glossy accents (eyes).
Image was cut and double matted with Nestabilities,
and paper pierced. I also used a Stampin' Up punch
for the scalloped edge of the long blue strip!
Paper is Lilybee Design, brads are We R Memory Keepers,
and the MFT sentiment was embossed with opaque white powder.
Challenges:
