I certainly have a few friends who this card could be sent to!!
Bugaboo Image (Stella) was coloured with Copics and
accented with Stickles, cream pearl pen and glitter.
I also added Glossy Accents on the glasses.
Image was fussy cut out, and placed onto the oval, which was popped
up onto the background panel. Papers are MME.
Corners were pierced, and I added lace and pearls for accents.
Sentiment is Studio G.
