This card was a special request for a little girl's birthday,
by her Nana! The theme was Minnie Mouse!

Image was an online colouring page, which I printed twice -
once onto the dotted paper to paper piece her dress
and the centre balloon.
I also coloured with Copics, and added Stickles and Glossy Accents
